You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of cleaning and organizing your Safari browser, including managing open tabs, removing duplicate or broken bookmarks, archiving web pages, and blocking unwanted content. You agree not to:

Attempt to access browsing data beyond what is provided by standard OS and browser APIs
Use the app to collect or transmit other users' browsing history without authorization
Reverse engineer or modify the app
Use the app in any manner that violates Apple's App Store guidelines or applicable law

3. Accuracy of Information

Tab counts, bookmark analysis, and ad-blocking effectiveness are derived from system-provided data and may vary by device, iOS version, and browser configuration. We do not guarantee that all duplicate bookmarks, broken links, or unwanted content will be detected or removed.

4. No System Modifications

This app does not modify your Safari settings, browsing history, or system configuration beyond the actions you explicitly initiate. All operations use standard OS-provided APIs. Any changes made to your bookmarks or tabs are your own responsibility.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If premium features are offered:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
Manage via App Store account settings
Refunds subject to App Store policies

6. Intellectual Property

All app content and code are proprietary and protected by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is." We make no warranty that all ads, trackers, or unwanted content will be blocked, or that all duplicate and broken bookmarks will be identified.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss of bookmarks, browsing data, or saved pages arising from use of the app's cleaning or organizing features.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
